I have been a licensed Realtor for over 28 years.  My career started with mortgage lending, where I learned  the lending guidelines and what it takes to successfully obtain a home loan.  I partnered closely with underwriters to gain a comprehensive understanding of the lending process.  This has given me the insight of what most banks are looking for, in order to fund the loan and on time! 

In 2008, during the foreclosure crisis, I helped save hundreds of homes.  It was very evident to me how some agents were only in the business to make money and not care about the well being of their clients.  This is not how I conduct business!  My clients can all attest to this.  

Over the last 28 years, I have helped many first time and repeat clients purchase their homes.  We carefully go over what their budget is and it must make sense to the buyers financially.  For first time homebuyers, I have a sought out plan to help the buyer achieve their vision and goal of becoming a homeowner.  

I always coach clients throughout the entire home buying and selling process.  Clients fully understand what to expect and never feel lost in the process.  My degree is in Business Management and have a proven track record with keeping transactions aligned.   I fully understand the real estate business very well.
